We have advised and represented venture capital and private equity funds, as well as companies receiving capital from such funds, in the negotiation and implementation of transactions involving the investment of capital in start-up companies and established private companies involved in various sectors and industries, including real estate, information technology, financial services, education. We have assisted venture capital funds and companies receiving seed capital, in the design and/or negotiation of contracts commonly used to document seed capital financing, including convertible notes, ABACO contracts, among others.
