We have advised and represented several companies engaged in the real estate sector in the structuring of their real estate projects, and in the negotiation and execution of development, construction, management, leasing, purchase, and sale, offer to purchase, and purchase and sale agreements, among others. Our firm has assisted infrastructure and real estate trusts (FIBRA) in the negotiation and implementation of transactions involving the acquisition and leasing of real estate. We also assisted a major real estate company focused on establishing a network of real estate for schools and educational centers in Mexico, in the negotiation and implementation of various transactions involving the acquisition and leasing of real estate located in Mexico. Our firm has advised a company dedicated to the administration of construction projects, in the design and drafting of its model service contract, and in the negotiation and execution of its service contracts with its clients.
