We have participated in the negotiation and formalization of simple and term loans, syndicated credits, mezzanine financing, debt restructures, issuance of promissory notes and other debt instruments, as well as in the implementation of financial collateral vehicles to secure such transactions, such as mortgages, assets pledge, guarantee trusts, and assignments of rights. We support clients in procedures and registrations before the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services and the National Banking and Securities Commission.
