Energy and Maritime

Our firm provided legal advice to a group of investors in the start-up and day-to-day operations of a company engaged in the energy and maritime sector. Our support included the negotiation of various shareholder agreements, as well as the drafting and negotiation of credit agreements for the acquisition of vessels and the structuring of guarantees, including guaranty trusts, pledges of assets and shares, and general corporate matters. We assisted a recently created Mexican company engaged in the generation and sale of energy through solar panels, in the design of its model contracts for the sale of electric energy and/or leasing of solar panels.
